Had another solid week of eating right. No candy, no junk food, no processed stuff. (No candy! On Halloween week? Yes!)
...Okay, I have to be honest. Yesterday I met a friend at Village Inn and had chicken strips and two slices of French Silk Pie. But that was honestly the only stuff like that I have had in three whole weeks.
Jumped on the scale this morning and was down to 198. that's three down from last week's 201. Feeling pretty good about that. That's 12 pounds in 3 weeks. At this rate I'll be in pretty good shape come Thanksgiving.
Still want to throw another hike in. Anyone game?
